Good morning,

Please find attached a final briefing on this morning's winter storm.
Accumulating snow comes to an end from west to east in the next 2-3 hours.
In addition, there could be some blowing snow on the roads from a
combination of gusty winds and dry, fluffy snow. FYI, we will be scaling
down our operations this afternoon.
