[Weather] [2022.01.09 PM] NWS Boston EM Briefing - Bitterly Cold Wind Chills Tuesday

Good afternoon everyone,

Here is an update on the forecast for bitterly cold temperatures expected
on Tuesday along with gusty winds. A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect for
the high terrain of Massachusetts. Please see the attached briefing for
