Good morning,
Attached is a one page briefing and supporting graphics regarding a period
of expected heavy rainfall Thursday morning. Heavy rainfall between 7am and
2pm Thursday may lead to urban and poor drainage flooding as well as
hazardous driving conditions that may impact the morning commute. Please
see the attached briefing and graphics for further details. We will provide
an updated briefing later this afternoon. Have a great day.
