[Weather] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Severe Thunderstorms Possible Saturday

Attached is our latest one-pager brief (and associated forecast maps)
regarding the potential for severe thunderstorms Saturday. Overall forecast
has not changed much. There is also a small risk for locally heavy rains
that could result in localized flooding, and if that were to happen it
would probably be in urban areas and other locations prone to minor
flooding from heavy rains.
