[Weather] [11-29-2022 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Strong to Damaging Winds late Wednesday into Thursday

Good morning everyone,

Here is an update on the expected strong winds which will pick up early on
Wednesday, peak in the afternoon and early overnight hours, and continue
through Thursday. Heavy rain is also expected at times late Wednesday. If
