[Weather] NWS Boston Briefing for Localized Heavy Rainfall

Good afternoon,

The attached graphic of expected rainfall through 8 AM Thursday highlights
the area of greatest concern for localized urban flooding across southeast
MA. The heaviest rainfall is expected tonight, which could lead to
localized urban and poor-drainage flooding for the morning commute.
