[Weather] [2023.08.07 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing - Strong Storms & Heavy Rain Tuesday

Good morning,

Please be advised that there is a possibility of isolated strong to severe
thunderstorms throughout southern New England by daybreak on Tuesday. Our
main concern is the timing, as it could coincide with the Tuesday morning
commute. These storms may produce heavy rainfall, leading to urban flooding
and isolated damaging wind gusts. Additionally, there could be a brief
tornado or waterspout.
