[Weather] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Sun-Mon Storm System

Good afternoon,

Attached is the latest briefing on the storm system that will impact the
region later Sunday into Monday.  Changes include -

   - *Expanded the flood watch to include all of RI and MA, excluding Cape
   Cod and the Islands*
   - *Wind advisory issued for the south coast of MA and RI (High Wind
   Watch remains in effect for Cape Cod, Nantucket, Marthas Vineyard & Block
   Island)*
   - Remainder of headlines remain unchanged

Our next briefing will be emailed by 6 AM Sunday.
