[Weather] [2023.12.16 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Sun Night-Mon Storm System

Good morning,

Please find attached an updated briefing regarding the storm system that is
expected to impact southern New England late Sunday night through Monday.
The biggest change since yesterday afternoon's briefing is that Wind and
Marine headlines have been issued. A high wind watch is in effect for the
MA/RI coastlines and a storm watch is in effect for all of the coastal
waters. Additional headlines are likely with either this afternoon's or
tonight's forecast packages. Please find more details in the attached PDF.
