[Weather] [2023.12.17 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Sun Night-Mon Storm System

Good morning,

Please find attached an updated briefing package regarding the storm system
that is expected to impact southern New England late tonight through
Tomorrow. A few notable changes are listed below.

*Wind Headlines*

   - High Wind Watch has been upgraded to a High Wind Warning for the
   northeast coast of MA, all of southeastern MA, RI, and The Cape/Islands.
   - Wind Advisory is in effect for the rest of southern New England

*Flood Headlines*

   - Flood watch has been expanded east and now includes the city of
   Providence

*Marine Headlines*

   - Storm Watch has been upgraded to a Storm Warning for the coastal waters
