[Weather] [02.02.2023 PM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Dangerous Cold Friday to Saturday

Good afternoon,

Here is the latest update on the dangerous cold expected Friday through
Saturday. There is growing concern that there may be isolated power outages
due to the strong winds, especially across the higher terrain. Please see
the briefing for more detailed information.
