[Weather] [2023.02.22 PM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Wintry Mix This evening into Thu night

Good afternoon,

Attached is the latest briefing for the upcoming wintry mix.

Changes with this package:

   - Winter Weather Advisories expanded across southeast MA for Thursday
   night
   - Winter Weather Advisories extended in time, now in effect until 3 AM
   Friday

Also attached are some images of snow and ice accumulations for this
evening through Thursday evening, and additional ice accumulations Thursday
night.
