[Weather] [2023.02.26 PM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Accumulating Snow Mon night/Tue

Good afternoon everyone,

Attached you'll find the latest forecast briefing for the winter storm that
will impact southern New England Monday night into Tuesday. The main
changes since the last briefing are Winter Weather Advisories now posted
for the remainder of southern New England. In the Winter Storm Watch 5 to 9
inches is expected in the Berkshires. In the Winter Weather Advisory we
expect generally 3 to 6 inches, with the highest amounts in the interior
