[Weather] [01.30.2023 PM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Dangerously cold airmass Late Fri into Sat

Good afternoon,

We wanted to send a quick briefing to highlight a dangerously cold
airmass which is expected late Friday into Saturday across southern New
England. Wind chills are expected to drop to -20 to -40F late Friday night
and Saturday morning. In addition, widespread moderate to heavy freezing
spray is expected on the coastal waters with gale force winds.
