[Weather] [07.07.2023 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing - Excessive Rainfall Expected Sunday Night

Good morning,

Attached is a one page briefing regarding the potential for excessive
rainfall Sunday night into Monday. Confidence is low at this time with
respect to which locations will experience the heaviest rainfall, but we
wanted to provide an early heads up since we're at the end of the work
week. We'll provide additional updates this afternoon and this weekend as
new information becomes available.
