[Weather] [2023.07.13 AM] NWS Boston Emergency Management Briefing

Good morning everyone,

Here is the updated briefing on the possible heavy rainfall and flooding
tonight into Friday night. We are becoming increasingly concerned that some
areas could see significant rainfall amounts through Friday evening which
will cause flooding issues. We also attached a graphic about the threat of
isolated severe weather tonight with a line of storms moving into
southern New England late this evening. Let us know if you have any
