Good morning everyone,

Attached is our latest briefing packet for the weather today. Please see it
for more detailed information.

Changes since our last briefing:

*Severe Thunderstorm and Flash Flood Threat*

   - Severe thunderstorms are most likely between *2-10 PM* today
   - Main threat is still damaging wind gusts, but there is also a risk for
   large hail and a brief tornado
   - Flood Watch issued for much of southern New England from 11 AM - 11 PM
   today
