[Weather] [2023.03.14 AM] REVISED NWS Boston EM Briefing: March 13-15 Impactful Winter Storm

Good Morning,

Apologies for the additional email, but given reports received since the
issuance of our morning package, headlines have changed.

- The Winter Storm Warning has been expanded to include all of Hampshire
and Hampden counties

Noting the significant forecast uncertainty in the CT River Valley, it is
likely that snow totals will range between 3-7 inches at lower elevations
in the previously mentioned counties.
