[Weather] [2023.11.20 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing for High Elevation Snow

Good morning everyone,

Given the timing (early in the season; ahead of Thanksgiving) we wanted to
send a heads up email about an upcoming storm which will bring high
elevation snowfall, widespread rain, and strong winds to the region. Please
