[Weather] [09.11.2023 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Heavy Rain and Flooding Possible Today

Good morning everyone,

We wanted to let you know about the heavy rain and potential for flooding
expected this afternoon and evening. Of particular concern is the fact that
it may impact the evening commute. A Flood Watch has been issued for
central/eastern MA, RI, and northeast CT. Please see the attached
briefing for more details.
