[Weather] [2024.01.08 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Tue Night-Wed Storm System

Good afternoon,

Here is the latest briefing for the upcoming high impact weather event
across southern New England, expected Tuesday night into Wednesday. This
system will bring potentially damaging winds, heavy rainfall leading to
potential river flooding and poor drainage flooding, as well as coastal
