[Weather] [2024.01.23 PM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Light snow and icing across the interior

Good afternoon,

Here is the latest briefing on the light snow and ice event for tonight
into Wednesday. We expanded the winter weather advisory to include northern
CT through central MA for a period of light icing on Wednesday.

In addition to the one pager briefing, we have attached graphics of
expected snow and ice accumulations and the Winter Weather Advisory area.
