[Weather] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Potential RI Flooding Thu and Fri

Good afternoon all,

Here is an updated briefing on potential river flooding in Rhode Island.
There have been no significant changes to the forecast.

A Flood Watch continues for Rhode Island (except Block Island) Thursday
night into Friday. We are mainly concerned about the possibility of the
Pawtuxet River reaching its moderate flood stage sometime Friday into
Saturday. The Wood River may also crest in minor flood early Friday. Note
that we *do not* expect flooding to be as significant as it was earlier
this month. Homes and businesses could be impacted in low lying sections of
Warwick, West Warwick and Cranston.

In addition to the one page briefing, we have attached river level
probabilities for the Pawtuxet River and Wood River.
