Good Afternoon,

Hot and humid weather is expected in southern New England for the next
several days, especially away from south coastal locations.

We want to draw your attention to the possibility of the heat index
reaching 95-99 degrees on Monday and Tuesday, mainly in the Connecticut and
Merrimack Valleys and in other parts of interior eastern Massachusetts.
This includes Hartford, Springfield, Lawrence, Lowell, Bedford, and
Taunton, Heat Advisories may eventually be needed for these areas in later
forecasts.

For now, please check the NWS Heat Risk webpage
<https://www.wpc.ncep.noaa.gov/heatrisk/> for potential heat impacts. We
have attached the graphics for Monday, and Tuesday.

The next update will be sent Sunday afternoon.
