Good morning,

There has been little change in the forecast. However, we have expanded the
Heat Advisory to now include Hampden County in western Massachusetts and
Kent County in central Rhode Island.

The Heat Advisory goes into effect at noon today and continues through
Tuesday, with heat indices ranging from 95 to 100 degrees. At this time,
confidence is not high enough to extend the advisory into Wednesday, though
it does remain a possibility. For more detailed information, please check
out the attached briefing and the NWS Heat Risk webpage
<https://www.wpc.ncep.noaa.gov/heatrisk/>.

While not heat-related, there could be a period of active weather by
midweek that brings thunderstorms with the potential for heavy rains. This
is something we will continue to monitor as the week goes on.

Have a great day,
Torry Dooley and Andrew Loconto
