[Weather] Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of SNE through early evening

Good afternoon,

We wanted to give you a heads up that a Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been
issued for the western two thirds of southern New England.

*What* ... Severe thunderstorms possible with damaging winds and large
hail.  Heavy rainfall and localized flooding is possible as well.

*When* ... thru 8 pm EDT

*Where* ... central and western MA, all of Connecticut and much of Rhode
Island (except Bristol and Newport counties)
