Good morning everyone,
We wanted to make everyone aware that there is a low risk of some urban and
poor drainage flooding overnight tonight into late morning Thursday across
CT, RI, and southeast MA. A more widespread round of less than an inch of
rain may be accompanied by heavier downpours with localized higher amounts
which could cause urban and poor drainage flood issues. Please see the
attached one-pager for more details.
Thanks,
Bryce Williams and Torry Dooley
