[Weather] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Windy Tonight into Friday and Weekend Storm

Good morning everyone,

We wanted to give you a heads up about a few periods of impactful weather
upcoming. First, winds will be very gusty late this evening into Friday
morning. A Wind Advisory has been issued for western and central
Massachusetts where confidence is highest in gusts up to 50 mph.

Secondly, this weekend will bring another messy winter system Saturday into
Sunday. It will once again bring a progression from snow to sleet/freezing
rain, and rain. Confidence in details is low at this point in time, but
we've attached current probabilities of at least 4 inches of snow before
the changeover. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
