[Weather] [2025.07.22 PM] NWS Boston EM Briefing - Late-Week Heat and Severe Weather

Good afternoon,

Following is a one-page briefing and supporting graphics detailing a
period of elevated to dangerous heat indices, which will begin on Thursday,
but peak on Friday. Heat Advisories have been issued for Thursday and
Friday for much of Southern New England. There is also a risk for strong to
severe thunderstorms on Friday afternoon as well.

Expect the next update to this briefing Wednesday morning.
