[Weather] The Storm Prediction Center (SPC) Training Sessions on Outlook Changes

Good afternoon emergency managers & public safety partners! As the SPC
prepares to roll out changes to their Conditional Intensity Outlooks, we
want to ensure you are fully supported and informed.The SPC has scheduled
several training webinars. We envision these as a resource to ensure you
feel confident in the new outlook changes. Below are the details for
the upcoming training sessions hosted by the SPC. Hope you can attend one.
Perhaps thinking of warm season convection/thunderstorms will help all of
