[Weather] [01.24.2026 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing for Bitter Cold and Winter Storm

Attached is the updated briefing on this morning's cold and the upcoming
winter storm. The forecast has held steady for the most part. Snow totals
have been increased a bit in northern areas; know that totals in the 18-24”
region are more likely to be on the low end of that range. Please reach out
