[Weather] Requests for Weather Support this summer

Good afternoon Public Safety Partners,

NWS Boston/Norton office will provide weather support for two very large
outdoor events this summer: the FIFA World Cup and Sail Boston/America250.
Given this large undertaking, please check your calendars and notify us
ASAP of any planned outdoor events (graduations, outdoor festivals,
concerts, etc.) this summer (May thru August) for which you anticipate
needing weather support from us, even if you don't have the details yet.
Having the awareness of those events will greatly assist our planning
process to ensure we have additional staff scheduled for those days.  *Please
do this ASAP, as we may not be able to support requests made with less than
2 weeks notice.  *

Once you decide you need us to provide weather briefings and/or a "weather
watch" to assist in your public safety planning, please use this Weather
Support Request Form <https://www.weather.gov/box/em_form> to provide us
the specifics of your needs. Again, the further in advance notice we
receive, the better we can plan our support.  Thanks in advance for your
cooperation and understanding.
