**** The information in this email pertains to the following areas only:**** *- In Connecticut: Litchfield County* *- In Massachusetts: Berkshire County* *- In Vermont: Bennington & Windham Counties* *- In New York: Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Hamilton, Herkimer, Montgomery, Greene, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Ulster, Warren and Washington Counties* Dear Emergency Managers and other partners, We are monitoring the potential of our first measurable snowfall of the season Thursday into Friday. The track and evolution of the storm is still uncertain, as well as specific snow amounts. However, there is a possibility for moderate snowfall amounts to occur (3" or greater) in some areas. Any wet snow accumulations may result in added weight to bring down tree limbs in regions where leaves remain on trees. At this time, the highest confidence for snow accumulations to occur is across the higher terrain. However, valley locations may also see snowfall accumulations depending on temperatures.
