The Wind Advisory is valid from 1 pm Friday to 3 pm Saturday. Downed large tree limbs and/or a few trees are possible, along with isolated power outages. A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for Herkimer county in NY. It is valid from 5 PM Friday to 1 PM Saturday. 3-6 inches of snow accumulation is expected with the potential for difficult travel conditions in some areas.
