Although river flows are not expected to reach flood levels on their own, river rises may be enough to cause some ice break up and movement which could lead to some localized ice jam flooding. *Friday - Saturday:* A cold front will track through the region Friday. Behind the cold front winds will shift to the west and northwest and become strong and gusty. Wind gusts could exceed 40 mph and wind advisories may be needed if stronger winds are expected.
