The combination of hot temperatures and high humidity may result in an increased risk for heat-related illnesses. *Thunderstorms - Today through Wednesday* Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 9 PM for the entire region. The main threat with the storms will be damaging wind gusts, which may down trees and power lines. There is a marginal risk for additional severe thunderstorms Wednesday for southern and eastern parts of the region. The main threat will continue to be damaging winds. Thunderstorms will also be capable of producing heavy downpours through this evening and again on Wednesday afternoon and evening. Minor flooding of urban, low lying and poor drainage areas is possible. Isolated flash flooding cannot be ruled out as well. Please refer to the attached briefing for more details.
