Snow should change to a wintry mix across the eastern Catskills, mid-Hudson Valley, southern Taconics, southern Berkshires and Litchfield County, CT by daybreak this morning. All snow is expected elsewhere. Hazardous travel is anticipated for both the morning and evening commutes today. Please see attached briefing for more details regarding this event. - Snow squalls are possible on Wednesday, which could result in rapid changes in visibility and difficult travel conditions. - Frigid temperatures are possible Wednesday night through Thursday night.
