**** The information in this email pertains to the following areas only:**** *- In Connecticut: Litchfield County* *- In Massachusetts: Berkshire County* *- In Vermont: Bennington & Windham Counties* *- In New York: Columbia, Dutchess, Greene, Rensselaer, and Ulster Counties* Dear Emergency Managers and Other Partners, There is a Marginal to Slight Risk for severe thunderstorms today for most of eastern New York and western New England. The best chance for severe thunderstorms will be between 12 pm and 6pm, with the greatest threat being damaging winds. Large hail and a tornado are also possible. Locally heavy rain is possible within any thunderstorms which may lead to flooding of poor drainage, urban and low lying areas. Please see the attached images for more details.
