Thunderstorms will be capable of producing heavy rain and gusty winds. Very localized urban and poor draining flooding cannot be ruled out. *Heat and Humidity* Heat indices on Monday and Tuesday afternoon may reach the mid-90s for the Hudson Valley. A Heat Advisory may be needed. The combination of hot temperatures and high humidity may result in an increased risk for heat-related illnesses.
