An area of showers and thunderstorms over central Pennsylvania are expected to move into Southern New England tonight. The main risks with these storms are primarily from heavy rain capable of flooding, although isolated instances of straight line wind damage are possible. Attached graphics include the Severe Weather and Excessive Rainfall Outlooks for today.
