Good morning everyone, We wanted to send a heads up email regarding an expected round of heavy rain late Wednesday and Wednesday night which has the potential to drop a widespread 1 to 3 inches of rain with locally higher amounts. These rainfall totals may result in minor to moderate river flooding as well as urban and poor drainage flooding. A Flood Watch has been issued for Wednesday afternoon through Thursday for most of Rhode Island and a portion of southeast Massachusetts (see attached graphics).
