Good morning everyone Confidence continues to increase in dangerous heat and humidity arriving for parts of the region on Tuesday and peaking in the Wednesday through Friday time frame. Afternoon heat indices are expected to reach between 95 and 105 degrees...outside of any localized relief from sea breezes on the immediate coast. Also...there will not be much relief at night with heat indices remaining in the 70s. We have attached the latest one-pager along with enlarged images of our current max heat index forecast for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We plan to issue another briefing by 6 am Sunday morning.
