Good morning, Showers and thunderstorms return Friday into Friday night and may produce heavy rainfall, which may lead to localized flooding. In addition, there is a threat of isolated severe weather, primarily across interior southern New England. Storms may produce damaging straight-line winds and hail. At this time the threat of flooding and severe weather looks localized and not widespread. Showers and storms should end by Saturday morning, then drying out for the rest of the weekend.
