[Weather] [07.12.2023 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing - Heavy Rain and Potential for Flooding Concerns Thursday Night-Friday

Good morning everyone, We wanted to send out a heads up email about another round of potentially heavy rain moving into the region Thursday night into Friday. While expected rainfall amounts would not normally be concerning, the saturated ground and already swollen rivers from the earlier rainfall will make it easier to see flooding issues under the heavier downpours.
