Good Morning. A flood watch has been issued for eastern portions of Southern New England this morning through 4pm this afternoon. Periods of heavy rain will bring swaths of 2-4 inches of rain, poor drainage and urban flooding, and possibly flash flooding. The heaviest rain will be this morning likey impacting the AM commute.
