[06.08.21 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing - Oppressive Heat Continues
Good morning, Please find attached our latest briefing for the ongoing oppressive heat. *What has changed:* No changes to the Heat Advisory areas contained in the briefing sent yesterday afternoon. In addition to the heat and humidity, scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop this afternoon, as soon as noon but particularly between 2 and 8 PM. Storms will be slow-moving and primarily pose a very localized flood threat. While widespread severe weather is not expected, a couple of storms may produce strong wind gusts. Thank You!
