Good afternoon: Attached is an updated weather briefing for the accumulating snow event expected to affect Southern New England very late tonight into Friday. The most significant changes were the conversion of the Winter Storm Watch to Winter Storm Warnings, except across Dukes County where a Winter Weather Advisory was issued. In addition, the Winter Weather Advisory previously in effect for Windham and New London Counties in CT have been upgraded to Winter Storm Warnings. Expect another updated briefing by 6 AM Friday.
