There is heightened risk for flash freeze across southeast MA and RI Friday afternoon. *Additional highlights:* 4. Winter Storm Watches continue for northern CT, RI and southeast MA due to uncertainty regarding timing of changeover to wintry mix and snowfall amounts. 5.
