Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

Wind Advisory issued for most of east-central New York, southern Vermont
and the Berkshires of Massachusetts from 2 PM to 10 PM Wednesday (hazard
graphic attached).

West winds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph are expected. Winds may
be strong enough to blow down large tree limbs, some trees and power lines.
Isolated power outages are  possible. Travel could be difficult for high
profile vehicles.
