Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

   - A Flood Watch remains in effect for areas mainly along and north of
   Interstate 90 and for southern Vermont for late tonight into early Tuesday
   morning for river flooding.


   - Urban, low lying and poor drainage flooding from locally heavy
   downpours is possible tonight into early Monday morning across east central
   New York and western New England.


   - There is a threat that a thunderstorm could produce isolated strong to
   damaging wind gusts across the southeast Catskills and mid-Hudson Valley
   tonight.
